Teodoro Regala Assistance for College Education
The Teodoro Regala Assistance for College Education, also known as TRACE, is a program that began in 2019. Scholars in college or technical/vocational courses are assisted with partial tuition assistance, living allowance, and book allowance.
The Foundation is pleased to announce that as of 2023, 14 TRACE scholars have completed their college education.
The Program includes monthly bible studies and periodic "kamustahan" to monitor the scholar's progress in school as well as their personal growth.
